Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at eslerygangeivg@outlook.com before sending any item. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for underwear, swimwear without hygiene seals, earrings, cosmetics, or personalised products. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Elviera Boutique will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
